Temporary Staffing Service
We offer a quality-driven, 24/7 service, whereby we:
- Provide appropriately experienced temporary staff, who start assignments fully briefed
- Strive to provide the same temporary worker/s, in order to maximise consistency when regular cover is required
- Provide staff based locally, enabling them to get to projects quickly and easily, with knowledge of the local area and services
- Quickly fulfil emergency / short-term requirements
- Provide a single point of contact 24/7 (including out of hours “on-call”)
- Deploy stringent vetting procedure to meet safeguarding requirements
- Provide Worker Profile Cards confirming DBS (CRB), background checks, work experience and relevant training
- Maintain regular contact to ensure all stakeholders satisfied
- Work in partnership with clients, to develop long-term relationships
We continuously assess each candidate placement, seeking client feedback. If any problems arise, the situation will be investigated and appropriate action taken will be taken immediately.
Temp : Perm Transfers
We offer extremely competitive arrangements enabling our temporary staff to transfer into permanent employment, after an initial trial period.
Induction and Training
All our candidates receive an induction based on the GSCC Code of Practice and our specific client requirements.
We constantly review the skill requirements of our staff and work with external training providers to provide ongoing training.
